The CEO
Mishell Brookins is the president of Elite Wellness. Mishell has been a professional trainer for over a half decade, is certified through the American Council on Exercise, and specializes in injury prevention. She is dedicated to physical fitness education and improving the health of others, whether beginning an exercise regimen for the first time or training for a special event.
